This is the heart of the meal. Chef Aaron builds every entrée with solid technique, big flavour, and portions that feel right. Nothing trendy for the sake of being trendy. Just good food. Our desserts are classic, clean and indulgent without being heavy. Smooth custards, bright citrus, rich chocolate and handmade textures that finish the meal properly. Most of our packages include a two-mini-dessert buffet, giving your guests a couple of small, thoughtful bites to enjoy at their own pace.
