​We can’t even begin to describe how amazing it was to work with Aaron and the AC catering team. From planning and tasting our menu, to the wedding day itself, it was nothing but professionalism, delicious food and positive energy. Aaron responds quickly, is a talented chef, and delivers quality catering. We’ve received so many compliments about the food at our wedding. Especially the care that went towards the food accommodations that needed to be made (allergies, celiac, etc.) and how not a single error was made when it came to service time. Private Dinner

​Aaron is a gem! We have had the pleasure of attending private functions that Aaron has catered and always been so impressed with his talent to create delicious and special menus.
Aaron and his amazing staff catered a private dinner party for 10 of our friends and it was outstanding! His presentation and attention to detail is exceptional and he made our dinner party memorable for everyone who was there. Every course was a gastronomic delight!!

​We had the most wonderful pleasure to have Chef Aaron cater our daughter’s wedding. We chose a buffet style service which allowed us to sample an overwhelming variety of unbelievably mouthwatering selections! What an amazing experience to see so many people so quiet because they were enjoying their dinner THAT much! We have had countless compliments on what a fantastic feast Aaron and his amazing team provided. Such unique and delicious taste varieties and so very accommodating with respect to dietary requirements. He even added such thoughtful touches to his table by bringing in our forest theme to the food presentation, it looked like a work of art. The staff were all so warm and friendly and eager to make everyone’s evening a night to remember…especially the bride and groom. We can’t praise Aaron enough and would highly recommend AC Catering for any and all of your special events! Thank you, Aaron for such a wonderful experience!
Family Reunion

We approached Chef Aaron to create a memorable dinning experience for our family reunion dinner that we hosted in our home. The food was executed perfectly and his staff was professional, thoughtful, and helped to create a wonderful atmosphere.
Not only did Chef Aaron create a beautiful 8-course meal for the adults, but he also planned a surprise for the children so that they would have mini courses of their own. The children were excited to stay seated at the table for the duration of the dinner to see what they were going to be served next.
Everything was planned thoroughly - from setting up tables and chairs to cleaning up the kitchen area; it was done to perfection. This was an amazing experience and we hope to dine with Chef Aaron and his team again soon!
